The Brambles 

 

Composed of 3-7 Brambles Co-op members, the Finance Committee:

 

• is accountable to the Board of Directors

• reports to the Board of Directors and the general membership

• ensures an effective and efficient management of the Co-op's finances and the long-term viability of the Co-op by overseeing its financial operations

• complies with the provisions of the Operating Agreement that require the establishment and maintenance of a security of tenure fund
