The Brambles 

The Brambles Board of Directors is generally comprised of seven members. Directors are elected for two year terms at the Annual General Meeting.

 

The Board manages or supervises the operation and maintenance of the Co-op in accordance with The Rules of the Brambles Housing Co-op. 

 

Officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Signing Officers who meet monthly, or more frequently if required. 

 

In order to respect the privacy of all Brambles Co-op members, all members of the Board of Directors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

 

There is no remuneration with these positions.
