The Brambles 

The Brambles is an adult-oriented housing cooperative. The three-story apartment-style building has an elevator and contains 42 units, 25 one-bedroom (700 sq. ft.), 17 two-bedroom (900 sq. ft). All apartments have 1 bathroom.

 

All units have an abundance of natural light. Living room/dining room areas are large, and all ground floor living rooms have pairs of floor-to-ceiling windows and a screened exterior door that opens on to a patio or, in the case of 2nd and 3rd floor units, a large balcony. All living rooms contain gas fireplaces.

 

Brambles' kitchens have been designed to facilitate ease  of food preparation & storage. All are equipped with good quality appliances, including dishwashers. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All units have more than ample storage, cupboard and closet space. As well, each unit is assigned a spacious storage locker in a secured area. Each member with a vehicle is allotted a parking space in the secure underground parkade.

 

Brambles units do not have in-suite laundry, but we do have a common laundry room available to members.

Most Brambles' units are carpeted and carpets are professionally cleaned before new members move in.
