The Brambles Housing Cooperative is an adult-oriented community of individuals who live cooperatively, embrace diversity, foster equality and ensure security and safety.
Apartments
The Brambles is a three-story apartment-style building with 42 units (25 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom).
Participation
The Brambles is a cooperative, so we are the landlords, the building managers, the landscapers, the bean counters, the social conveners, the community. The buck stops with us... with some outside help, of course.
Our Neighbourhood
Located in South Burnaby, The Brambles is surrounded by greenspace, and many amenities are only a walk or short skytrain ride away.
Our Building & Gardens
With an extensive building envelope upgrade and new landscaping, The Brambles is picture-perfect and on the corner of two traffic-quiet, cul de sac streets.
